PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

Join the Èkì Kéré team to help coordinate the production of our collections from cutting to final finishing. This role is ideal for someone with a strong tailoring background who understands garment construction, production workflows, and quality standards and can help ensure pieces move efficiently through the workshop.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate daily production activities across cutting, sewing, and finishing stages

• Work closely with tailors to ensure garments are produced according to approved specifications and timelines

• Review pattern packs, measurements, and production instructions before work begins

• Track production progress, identify bottlenecks, and help maintain workflow efficiency
  

• Monitor fabrics and production materials to ensure availability and proper usage

• Lead daily production briefings and prepare end-of-day progress reports

• Maintain organised production records, racks, tools, and workflow documentation

Who We're Looking For:

• 2–4 years of experience in garment production, tailoring, or apparel manufacturing

• Strong practical tailoring experience and a solid understanding of garment construction

• Ability to read patterns, measurements, and technical specifications accurately

• Experience coordinating production teams or working closely with tailors

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Clear communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing production priorities
