EXCHANGES (CASE-BY-CASE)
We understand that adjustments may occasionally be necessary. As such, we offer limited exchanges on eligible items, subject to approval.To request an exchange:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in pristine condition.
- Items must be returned with original packaging and proof of purchase.Once approved, items must be returned within the stated timeframe provided by our team.

The following are not eligible for exchange:
- Custom or made-to-measure pieces
- Sale or discounted items
- Pieces marked as final sale
- International orders

EXCHANGE OUTCOME
- Exchanges are subject to the availability of stock.
- Where a replacement is unavailable, a store credit may be issued.
- We reserve the right to decline exchanges that do not meet our standards.

SHIPPING & LOGISTICS
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Éki Kéré is not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.
